Our headquarters are located in the heart of Shibuya, one of Tokyo's most vibrant and creative districts. Walk-in visits are not typically available, but if you are a prospective partner, investor, or media representative interested in visiting our offices, please contact us in advance to arrange a meeting. We are at 6-10-11 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001, Japan — a short walk from Omotesando Station.

While we strive to maintain 24/7 monitoring for urgent platform issues, standard support queries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
